The safety and well-being of our guests and colleagues is our top priority.
As we all adjust to new travel norms we are enhancing the experience for you, our hotel guests, by expanding our commitment to cleanliness. We have implemented Our Clean Promise, a new set of hygiene procedures which redefine cleanliness and help support your wellbeing throughout your stay.
To keep our guests safe, the hotel experience may also feel a little different with new hygiene protocols, social distancing measures and dining restrictions in place that adhere to government guidelines and public health advice.
We encourage all guests planning to stay with us to regularly check the NSW government website for information on where you can and cannot travel. We thank you again for your understanding and continued support. Please know we will be providing continuous updates as required.
