Pop Up Cellar Door
On selected dates, enjoy a taste of the Hunter Valley’s best wineries without leaving the estate. Discover local wines from our pop up cellar doors, with dates and winery details available from Reception.
Pizza & Cupcake Decorating Classes
Let the little ones get creative with chef led pizza and cupcake decorating classes. Pizza classes run Tuesdays and Fridays at 11am for $20, with cupcake decorating on Wednesdays and Thursdays for $15. Spaces are limited, so prebook at Reception for more details.
Spring Bottomless Brunch
Gather your favourite people for 90 minutes of bottomless brunch overlooking the rose garden and Brokenback Ranges. Choose from bottomless drinks with alcohol or non alcoholic options, with pizza and a sweet and savoury platter included. Cocktail jugs are also available to add to your table.
voco Picnic Hamper
Available daily with 24 hours’ notice, our picnic for two is $89 and made for slow afternoons on the estate. Settle onto the lawns with valley views and enjoy a generous spread of local cheeses, charcuterie, fresh breads, sweet treats and a bottle of Hunter Valley wine.
High Tea & High Cheese
Enjoy French pastries, fresh scones, finger sandwiches and sweet treats with rose garden and Brokenback Ranges views, available Wednesday to Sunday from 12pm to 3pm from $75pp.
Welcome Drink Station
Start your stay with a refreshing welcome drink on arrival. Our drink station is set up in Reception and available to enjoy as you check in.
Locavore Restaurant
Enjoy relaxed à la carte dining at Locavore throughout the school holidays, with seasonal dishes and fresh Hunter Valley produce served daily. Perfect for an easy family dinner without having to leave the estate.
Happy Hour
Ease into the evening with happy hour at Epoche Bar, Monday to Friday from 4pm–6pm. The perfect excuse to try a crisp local wine or refreshing cocktail.
Tennis Courts
Enjoy some fun on our tennis courts overlooking the rolling valleys, perfect for a friendly rally or a family challenge. Grab a racquet and balls from reception, soak up the Hunter Valley sunshine, and make the most of a playful day outdoors.

Daily Animal Feeding
Say hello to our friendly pigs, Shiraz and Semillon, and our cheeky flock of chickens. Visit them after breakfast with a bucket of feed available from our staff.

Wander through our 70-acre estate and take in the fresh country air. Visit the voco Kitchen Garden, see our solar farm, and uncover hidden corners along the way.
Pool House
