Nightly Fires
As the sun sets, gather by our nightly outdoor fires in the pizzeria courtyard and enjoy a seasonal fireside menu, weather permitting. Prefer indoors? Our Epoche fireplace is lit daily for a cosy spot to unwind.
Winter Wind Down Program
A season to slow down. Our Winter Wind Down Program brings together a range of daily experiences, many complimentary for in-house guests, designed to help you relax and reset. View the schedule and plan your stay.
Guided Yoga
Available Saturday and Sunday from 8:00–9:00am, this complimentary guided session focuses on movement and breath, led by experienced instructor Nicky West. Beginner-friendly and designed to leave you feeling centred and refreshed.
voco Picnic Hamper
Available daily with 24 hours’ notice, our picnic for two is $129 and made for slow afternoons on the estate. Settle onto the lawns with valley views and enjoy a generous spread of local cheeses, charcuterie, fresh breads, sweet treats and a bottle of Hunter Valley wine.
Locavore Buffet
Locavore is transforming into an all you can eat buffet, available Monday to Saturday from 5:30pm at $89 per person. Expect fresh local produce, bold international flavours and rotating menus across South American, Italian and Asian nights. Come hungry and settle in.
Happy Hour
Ease into the evening with happy hour at Epoche Bar, Monday to Friday from 4pm–6pm. The perfect excuse to try a crisp local wine or refreshing cocktail.
Tennis Courts
Enjoy some fun on our tennis courts overlooking the rolling valleys, perfect for a friendly rally or a family challenge. Grab a racquet and balls from reception, soak up the Hunter Valley sunshine, and make the most of a playful day outdoors.
