It begins with hand picked, fresh ingredients direct from our onsite veggie garden, which are then curated by our chefs into sumptuous menus for you to enjoy. We’re committed to sourcing locally for a true paddock-to-plate experience, using regional suppliers wherever possible to hero the flavours and produce unique to the Hunter Valley.
