How can I book a room at voco Kirkton Park?
You can book your stay through our official website, the IHG One Rewards app, IHG Customer Care, by emailing [email protected], or by calling our reservations team on (02) 4998 7680.
Is breakfast included in my stay?
It depends on the rate you book. Our packages include the buffet breakfast. If your rate does not, you can add it at any time by calling reception before you arrive or at check-in, which is cheaper than paying on the morning, and walk-ins are welcome too.
Do you offer dinner, bed and breakfast packages?
Yes. Our dinner, bed and breakfast package includes premium overnight accommodation, dinner at Locavore Restaurant and a gourmet buffet breakfast for two. Current pricing and booking are on our dinner, bed and breakfast page.
Do IHG One Rewards members get a discount at voco Kirkton Park?
Yes. IHG One Rewards members get an extra discount on our room rates, including the Best Flexible Rate, when booking direct on our website or the IHG One Rewards app, and earn points on their stays. The member saving does not apply to packages. Joining is free.

Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes. Our Two Queen Standard Accessible room is fitted for wheelchair access, with additional space either side of the two queen beds. It sits on the same level as the hotel entry and the main building, with level access throughout.

voco Kirkton Park sits on a 70 acre estate with a heated indoor pool, sauna and spa bath, a fitness centre, tennis and basketball courts, walking trails and a kitchen garden that supplies Locavore Restaurant. There is free Wi-Fi throughout, complimentary onsite parking and two electric vehicle chargers. Our dining venues are Locavore Restaurant, Epoche Lounge Bar and The Conservatory.
Is reception open 24 hours?
Yes. Reception is staffed 24 hours a day, so someone is always on hand, whatever time you arrive or need help.
Does voco Kirkton Park have a swimming pool?
Yes. The hotel has a heated indoor pool, open from 7:00am to 10:00pm, so you can swim in any season, with a sauna and spa bath beside it, a deck overlooking the valley and a sunbaking courtyard with chairs.
Is there a gym at voco Kirkton Park?
Yes. The fitness centre is open daily from 7:00am to 10:00pm.

No, the hotel does not have a day spa. Our Spa Suites have a private spa bath, and there is a sauna and spa bath beside the indoor pool, but there are no day spa or treatment facilities onsite. Our reception team can recommend day spas nearby in the Hunter Valley.

Which restaurants are at voco Kirkton Park Hunter Valley?
voco Kirkton Park has three dining venues. Locavore Restaurant serves seasonal a la carte dinner seven nights a week, Epoche Lounge Bar serves wood-fired pizzas, share plates and drinks from 10:00am to 10:00pm and often later for drinks, and The Conservatory is home to daily breakfast and high tea from Wednesday to Sunday.
What is Locavore Restaurant?
Locavore is the hotel’s signature restaurant in Pokolbin, built around an estate-to-plate philosophy. The menu changes with the seasons and draws on our own kitchen garden and local Hunter Valley growers.
When is Locavore Restaurant open?
Locavore Restaurant is open for dinner seven nights a week, 5:30pm to 9:00pm, with a seasonal a la carte menu. Bookings are recommended.
Where is breakfast served at the hotel?
Breakfast is a buffet served in The Conservatory, overlooking the gardens, Monday to Friday 7:00am to 10:00am and weekends 6:30am to 10:30am, with a reduced price for children under 12. Current pricing is on The Conservatory page.
Can I dine at voco Kirkton Park if I’m not staying at the hotel?
Yes. Locavore Restaurant, Epoche Lounge Bar, breakfast and high tea all welcome visitors who are not staying at the hotel. Bookings are recommended for Locavore and essential for high tea, while Epoche and breakfast welcome walk-ins.
Do locals get a discount?
Yes. Residents of the Cessnock LGA receive 15% off food and beverage at our venues, excluding special events.
Where can I enjoy high tea in the Hunter Valley?
voco Kirkton Park serves high tea in Pokolbin from Wednesday to Sunday, 12:00pm to 3:00pm, in The Conservatory and Locavore Restaurant. Expect freshly baked scones, delicate pastries, finger sandwiches and a curated selection of teas, surrounded by rose gardens and countryside views. Bookings are essential and can be made online or on (02) 4998 7680. Current pricing is on our high tea page.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options are available across Locavore Restaurant, Epoche Lounge Bar, breakfast and high tea. Let us know your requirements when you book so the chefs can prepare.
Do you host special dining events in the Hunter Valley?

Yes. In-room dining is available with a menu of comfort classics, light bites and desserts from our restaurant kitchens, including dietary-friendly options.
Can I order wine or drinks to my room?
Yes. A selection of bottled Hunter Valley wines, sparkling piccolos and beers can be delivered to your room. Drinks are available by the bottle only, and cocktails are not offered through room service.

The hotel is about an hour’s drive (60 km) from Newcastle Airport, the closest airport to the Hunter Valley, and Singleton train station is a 30-minute drive.
What wineries are near voco Kirkton Park?
Some of the Hunter Valley’s most iconic wineries surround the hotel, including Audrey Wilkinson, Tyrrell’s Wines and Brokenwood, all less than a 10-minute drive away.
Can I book Hunter Valley wine tours from the hotel?
Tours need to be booked ahead with the operators, so plan them before you arrive. Our reception team is happy to suggest tour companies before your stay and wineries to visit once you are here.
How do I get around the Hunter Valley without a car?
Transport options in the Hunter Valley are limited if you do not have your own vehicle. Local taxi services are available and private transfers can be arranged in advance. We do not recommend relying on rideshare services such as Uber, as availability in the region is limited. Our team is happy to suggest trusted local transport providers for your travel plans.
Is parking available at voco Kirkton Park?
Yes. Complimentary onsite parking is available for all staying guests and restaurant visitors. There are also two complimentary electric vehicle chargers, available on a first come first served basis.

What time are check-in and check-out at voco Kirkton Park?
Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am. If you would like an earlier arrival or later departure, contact our team before your stay and we will do our best to arrange it. There is no fee, subject to availability.
Is voco Kirkton Park pet-friendly?
No. voco Kirkton Park has not accepted pets since 1 July 2025. If you have seen the hotel listed as pet-friendly on another website, that information is out of date. Assistance animals are welcome.
