We have packages for small and large groups. Smaller teams can book out the Manor House, 19 rooms with access to the Manor Boardroom and the Manor Garden, or one of our wings, subject to availability. Larger groups can buy out the whole estate and have all 70 rooms, the bar, Locavore and the leisure facilities to themselves. Whichever conference room you choose is yours for the length of your booking.
Between sessions, your team can enjoy a pop-up cellar door, a cocktail making class or a bonfire with mulled wine, and our team building partners can arrange grape stomping, corporate drumming or a full-day wine tour.

Our menus draw on our kitchen garden and the Hunter Valley’s growers, artisan producers and wineries, and take shape around your agenda, from a working lunch to a gala dinner under the stars. Portfolio Executive Chef Virender Singh brings more than 19 years in hospitality, including large-scale event catering, and Head Chef Daniel Taggart is known for his conference and banquet menus.
