Time: Sitting times of 5:30pm, 7pm and 8:30pm available.
Price: Five course degustation with paired wines, $169 per person. Food only menu $110 per person.

If your booking includes guests dining on the food only menu, reservations and pre-payment will need to be made with the hotel directly. For bookings with all guests dining on the menu with paired wines, reservations and payment can be taken online.
Please note reservations for the New Year’s Eve degustation are only available to in-house hotel guests.
